Fein, high-end residential developer, has begun construction on Echo Lake, a 21.4-acre project in north Houston’s City Place, according to an April 1 news release.
The company acquired the land in December 2023 from CDC Houston, a subsidiary of Coventry Development Corporation.

Later this year, Fein will start building a 326-unit apartment project on the site, 2002 Spring Stuebner Road. The new residential community is named Echo Lake.
